Colorful Autumn

There have been a lot of robins, as well as a few cedar waxwings, enjoying the purple beautyberries.

Splendor in my yard and garden - this is a young maple.

The flowering dogwood is pink in the spring, and burgundy now.

Blueberry bush

'Rozanne' is still blooming prolifically.

The nasturtiums are in a protected area and still looking good.

Tortie has the prettiest coloring. Notice the white spot in the center of the orangey spot on her neck - she is adorable, and we love her very much.

Now, some SPOOK-TACULAR pets from a Halloween party for dogs...Boston terriers here...my first dog as a child was a Boston, "Tinker."

Who says dogs don't smile?

One word:  ADORABLE!

Happy Halloween!

Linking to Fertilizer Friday at Tootsie Time.

Fondly,
Beth

  1. I can't believe your Nasturtiums are still blooming Beth, ours would have faded in the summer heat! The pups are all cute, love the cheerleader:@)

  2. The dogs are adorable! I am still waiting for the full leaf fall, lots still left on our trees. We may get a frost tonight so there will not be much left after that.

  3. How cute... those are corgis aren't they... I've always particularly enjoyed seeing them since seeing Tasha Tudor's in various media. Your garden is still very colorful... and what gives with the robins... they are still here as well, and us with the expectation of a hard winter... perhaps it will hold off for awhile, although my rancher buddy in Colorado called me this morning from horseback and informed me it was 15 degrees! Ouch!
    Take care, Larry

  8. Hi Beth
The colour from the blueberry leaves is vivid and Rozanne is my favourite - she keeps going even in the snow.
Cute dogs, although the first two don't look too happy.

Tortie, you sure are a pretty cat. We agree with Beth, your colors are the prettiest in the whole garden. :)

So nice to see those dogs all dressed up, too. Happy Halloween!
