Spring is one reason that I garden

Spring - there's nothing like it! And to enjoy it properly, one needs to spend time outside. Note: It's still winter here, but I'm relishing looking at images from past springs.

How about spending it in the garden?

Early spring at Sunsplash Gardens:

 Hellebores, above and below

 Clematis 'Josephine'

 Muscari (Grape hyacinths)

 Lily of the Valley

 Lilacs on the mantel

 Virginia bluebells

Primula (Primrose)

A little bit later in my spring garden:

 Nigella, a self-seeding annual

 Pink Nigella

 Lupine

 Tradescantia 'Sweet Kate' (Spiderwort)

 Peony

 Clematis 'Rebecca'

 Iris

 Fuschia, a hummingbird magnet

And last but not least, my spring favorites: Tulips and daffodils:

By late Spring, the view from above looks like this:

I so enjoyed looking at Springs past, and thinking about the upcoming Spring!
Spring is a great reason to garden!
